Description:
The QUAD DRL Defender Front Bumper is significantly stronger than a normal Defender bumper, as it is 4mm thick stainless steel not 2.5mm or 3mm mild steel.
It is made completely from stainless steel and is TIG welded in-house, including fillet and cap welds.
We round/sand smooth all laser-cut edges prior to paint, including the LED rings, mounting brackets, LED slot holes and the entire length of the rear of the bumper, both internally and externally.
We also sand out all fold tool indents prior to paint for a superior build quality and metal finish.
The bumpers are glass bead blasted prior to paint for superior paint adhesion. Glass bead blasting is a time consuming and costly process, more so than other types of blasting. However glass bead blasting is one of the only medias that can be used on stainless steel to key/clean it prior to paint.
Vinstar LED & NOLDEN LED Options:
We offer 2 variants of LEDs with our Quad LED Bumpers.
Vinstar LEDS: These are clear lensed / white in appearance and are a good all round LED. They come with a 1 year warranty.
NOLDEN LEDS: These have a blacked out internal body and give the appearance of a smoked LED, although the Lenses are clear themselves. These are high quality units and come with a 3 year warranty.

LED Rear Mud Guards:
We provide 2 x mud guards for the the backside of the LEDS. Made from stainless steel, these are fully removable from the bumper and are separate from the LED feet mounts for ease of removal, cleaning and install of the LEDs. These protect the LEDS from mud & water.
Our LED rear protection guards wrap around the LED on the sides to give better overall protection from all angles.
