Land Rover Defender Stainless Steel Stealth LED Front Bumper:
Description:
The Stealth Defender Front Bumper is built from 4mm Stainless steel and is much stronger than the standard Land Rover Defender bumper. It also has the added benefit of 4x day time running lights / LED DRLs intergrated into it design.
It has a higher approach angle than standard, to give better off-road capabilities as well as improving the style of the front end.
We construct it entirely from stainless steel and TIG weld internally & externally for strength.
All laser-cut edges are rounded/sanded smooth prior to paint, including central oval design holes, LED slot holes & the entire length of the rear of the bumper internally and externally.
We also sand out all fold tool indents prior to paint for a superior build quality and finish.
Before painting, we glass bead blast the bumper to ensure superior paint adhesion. Glass bead blasting is a time-consuming and costly process compared to other types of blasting, but it is one of the few media that can be used on stainless steel to key/clean it before painting.

- 4mm thick stainless steel. (Standard bumpers are 2.5mm thick mild steel.)

- CNC machines create oval design slots with a 3mm radius for a smooth edge.

Vinstar LED & NOLDEN LED Options:
We offer 2 variants of LEDs with our Quad LED Bumpers.
Vinstar LEDS: These are clear lensed / white in appearance and are a good all round LED. They come with a 1 year warranty.
NOLDEN LEDS: These have a blacked out internal body and give the appearance of a smoked LED, although the Lenses are clear themselves. These are high quality units and come with a 3 year warranty. The last 3 photos have Nolden LEDs in the bumper.

LED Rear Mud Guards
We Supply two mud guards for the the backside either LED. Made from Stainless Steel, these are fully detachable from the bumper and are separate from the LED feet mounts for ease of removal, cleaning and install of the LEDs. These Protect the Lights from Mud & Water.
Our LED Rear protection guards wrap around the LED on the sides to give better overall protection from all angles.
