Defender Stainless Recessed Mesh Front Grille.
Description:
The Recessed mesh Defender front grille is for AC Model Land Rover Defenders and replaces the wider original Fin / slatted front grill. Our Defender Front grill sits inside the recess of the body panel behind, giving it a sleeker look.
As with all our Defender Accessories, we edge linish all laser-cut edges front & back, not only for a smooth finish, but also for paint longevity. Removing or radiusing sharp edges is essential to stop paint peel on the item, but also to stop the item edge digging into the paintwork of your Land Rover build when installed.
An Arc is applied to the Grilles profile pre paint to follow the contour of the original bodywork. This means that the grille fits perfectly flat with no raised edges. To add to the aesthetic, the grille is skimmed to remove weld bleed spots that would normally be visible on other aftermarket grilles.

- 3mm Stainless Steel Frame & Woven Mesh.
- AC Defender Grille Surround models only. (surround not included)
- Edge linished front & Back to a nice radius.
- Satin Black & Gloss black paint finish available.
- TIG welded & Skimmed to remove weld bleed.
- Stainless Steel Black Fittings included to blank off existing holes.
- Bead blasted prior to paint for adhesion.
