Our Defender seat box corner protectors are made from 2mm Stainless Steel. These protect the corners of your interior trim / carpet along the seat box wall corners, which are prone to tearing & fraying. Unlike most Defender seat box corners, ours are perfectly contoured to the abnormal angles of the seat box, which are not perfectly 90 degrees. Meaning no gaps on the side or edges to catch on your trousers when entering or exiting the vehicle. We offer these in a branded & Non branded option.
Most Defender Seat box corner protectors only cover a small portion of the corner. However we have made ours slightly larger than standard and slightly thicker than standard for a stronger & more premium fit. We have also used countersunk bolts on the external face that meet the door when closed, meaning you do not leave bolt head imprints on your internal door card, a common problem with cheap seat box corner protectors. We have actually oversized our countersunk holes so the bolt head does not protrude past the front face of the protector at all.
We provide the only Defender seat box corners on the market with fully linished laser cut edges around the entire external perimeter of the item. This time consuming process removes the sharp edges around the complete item, not just where the top weld is smoothed off. This improves paint longevity and gives our item a premium finish.
