Description:
Our Defender Mesh Vent Headlight Surrounds are inspired by the original Land Rover series headlight surrounds. They replace the original plastic headlight surround, converting the area into a full 3 piece metal retro headlight surround with a sleeker appearance.
The horn vents fit without any modification or drilling, as they come with rear sided brackets that allow them to clamp firmly into position. These are made entirely from stainless steel to allow for a higher quality and higher strength item. All laser cut edges are rounded/sanded to a premium radius finish prior to paint and all mounting holes are countersunk for an enhanced finish.

- 2 x 3mm aluminium backing plates.
- 2 x aluminium pressed inner bezels.
- 2 x 3mm stainless steel horn vents.
- 4 x stainless steel threaded horn clamps.
- Sold as a pair ( x2 ).
- Fits without modifications.
- A4 black chemically dipped stainless steel fittings included.
- Plastic washers included to stop marking during installation.
- All laser-cut edges are rounded/sanded front & back prior to paint.
- Available in satin black & Santorini black.

1. Standard Satin black Finish.
2. 2K Santorini Black (primed, top coat, lacquered & polished) Square backing Panels + 2k deep Gloss Black Inner Bezels & Horn Vents (primed, top coat, lacquered & polished). This combination of Santorini black & Deep Gloss black is very negligible, however just enough to slightly break up the alternating parts, giving a more detailed & aggressive aesthetic. The only difference between Santorini Black & Gloss black is the Metallic flake within the paint. This is only visible in strong sunlight.
