Description:
Our Classic Defender Winch Bumper is made from 5mm & 8mm Stainless Steel with a heavy duty 6 point mounting setup. It comes with multiple bumper arm variations, including, Standard DRLS, Round Nolden LEDS, Lazer Lamp, or just plain classic bumper arms. To finish we added fit for purpose 20mm CNC machined recovery tow eyes.
Finished in Satin black, our Defender winch bumpers are built to an incredibly high fabrication standard. We linish every laser-cut edge to a nice smooth radius throughout the entire item, not just for superior paint longevity, but also for safety. All high tensile blackened stainless steel mounting bolts, plates, washers & nuts are supplied for the full install.
Having a Winch on your Front Bumper is seen as the ultimate Defender accessory by many. Even aesthetically they have a unique aggressive demeanour. However not only are our Defender winch bumpers beautifully crafted, they are also built for purpose from 5mm & 8mm stainless steel and are capable of handling some of the most powerful 4x4 winches on the market. 5500KG deadweight pulling capacity.
The 20mm thick tow eyes are CNC machined externally and within the inner recovery eyelet with a nice radius. This removes sharp edges and leaves a professional finish. These are 23mm diameter internally and fully functional for recovery. The Tow eyes have been positioned close to the chassis legs and separate to the winch tray itself. This is the strongest & safest position to tow from and reduces leverage during recovery. We slot the tow eyes through the bumper body itself and fillet weld on the visible front face, as well as plug weld the rear side. Our tow eyes accept 18,000Lbs WARN epic shackles (Not included)

The Classic Defender Winch Bumper has been designed around a WARN Zeon Winch. These come in 3 specifications, 3600kg, 4500kg & 5500kg. (8s, 10s, 12s)
RED winches Lowline Explorer 2.
This is also compatible with Red winches lowline winch "Explorer 2".
Goodwinch TDS series.
These are compatible in models TDS 8.5, TDS 9.5 (c&i) Standard Drum.
Bumper Arm Variants:
All Arm variants are cranked / angled as shown in the photos.
Solid / Plain Bumper arms:
These are standard design Defender front bumper arms that have no cut-outs for a classic aesthetic.
Standard Rectangle LED arms:
These are compact DRL units from Ring automotive with on and off function for styling and offer improved vehicle visibility when on the road. These are the same LEDs we use on our Renegade bumper and Twin LED bumper. Wiring loom & metal rear LED guard included.
Round Nolden LED arms:
This option comes with 4 x round Nolden DRLs in the bumper. 2 x LEDs per side. These are high quality units that come with a 3 year warranty. Wiring loom & rear LED guards included. These are the same LEDs we use on our QUAD DRL bumper & Stealth bumper.
Lazer Lamps arms:
Ultimate performance and quality. 2 x Triple R 750 Lazer Lamps with combined DRL & Spotlight function. Lazer Lamps come with a 5 year warranty and are made in the UK. Wiring loom included. These are the same LEDS we use in our Lazer Lamp front bumpers.
