Specification:
- Fully 5mm thick 304 stainless steel guard & brackets for superior rust prevention and strength.
- Black chemically dipped A4-80 hi-tensile A4 stainless steel mounting bolts provided.
- Black A4 black chemically dipped front guard mount bolts provided.
- All laser cut edges are sanded/rounded/dressed front and back prior to paint for paint longevity.
- 5mm thick stainless tow eyes welded to brackets.
- Gloss black & satin black available.
All laser-cut edges are rounded/sanded smooth prior to paint, including design slot holes & the entire length of the guard internally & externally. The edges are finally hand finished making this a quality Defender upgrade.
We also sand out all fold tool indents prior to paint for a superior build quality and finish.
We glass bead blast our Defender Steering guards prior to paint for superior paint adhesion. Glass bead blasting is a time consuming and costly process, more so than other types of blasting. However glass bead blasting is one of the only medias that can be used on stainless steel to key/clean it prior to paint.
We manufacture all items in-house to a very high standard in both fabrication & metal finishing.
